Legal & Compliance

This page contains the terms and policies that govern your use of Workflow Logistics Manager™, an SDN Endeavors product. Please review each section. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Workflow Logistics Manager™ (the "Service"), operated by SDN Endeavors ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Service

The Service provides estimating, project management, and office workflow tools for your organization. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts and Subscription

Access to the Service requires an account. Subscription access is billed through our payment processor. You are responsible for accurate registration information and for keeping it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain unpaid.

Your Content and Data

You retain all rights to the data and content you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the right to enter any data you provide.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another organization's data, disrupting the Service, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDN Endeavors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SDN Endeavors collects, uses, and protects information when you use Workflow Logistics Manager™.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company information, and the business data you enter (estimates, customers, contacts, libraries). We also collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as login session data.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to authenticate your account; to process billing; and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information or Your Data.

Data Storage and Sharing

Your Data is stored securely and is accessible only to users within your organization account. We use trusted service providers (for example, payment processing and transactional email) who access information only as needed to perform their services.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see the Contact section).

Privacy Center

The Privacy Center is your starting point for managing your privacy in Workflow Logistics Manager™.

Your Choices

  • Access and update your account and company information in Settings.
  • Manage users and their roles within your organization in Settings > Users & Roles.
  • Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Data Controls

Administrators control who in your organization can view and edit shared data. You can remove users at any time, which revokes their access to your organization's data.

Questions

For privacy questions or requests, contact us using the information in the Contact section.

Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Workflow Logistics Manager™ uses cookies and similar technologies.

What We Use

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage strictly necessary to operate the Service:

  • Authentication session cookie — keeps you signed in securely while you use the app.
  • Local storage — stores your interface preferences (such as theme) and session profile details so the app loads correctly.

What We Don't Use

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Managing Cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the session cookie is required to sign in, disabling it will prevent you from using the Service.

Accessibility

SDN Endeavors is committed to making Workflow Logistics Manager™ accessible to as many users as possible.

Our Approach

We aim to follow recognized accessibility practices, including support for both light and dark display modes, keyboard-navigable controls, and clear visual contrast. We continue to improve accessibility as the product evolves.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have difficulty using any part of the Service, please contact us (see the Contact section) and we will work to address it.

We take the security of your data seriously. Workflow Logistics Manager™ is built with multiple layers of protection.

How We Protect Your Data

  • Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never stored in plain text.
  • Each organization's data is isolated and scoped to its own account.
  • Access to the Service requires authentication; sessions expire for your protection.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
